An Event Logistics Manager is assigned to provide assistance within the 6 weeks prior to your event when you have already completed all of your vendor coordination, but need help with logistics management and oversight.  Services include:


•      2 Meetings in person, unlimited time by phone or e-mail

•      Contact List/Vendor List Management & Oversight

•      Time Line Tracking & Execution

•      Check List Management & Oversight

•      On-site Event Logistics Manager the day of the event
